中國與菲律賓再度撞船衝突　中方稱救起落水菲律賓人

中國與菲律賓在南海爭議海域衝突不斷，除了仁愛暗砂經常發生衝突甚至撞船事件，週日（25日），中國與菲律賓船隻也在仙賓暗砂（Sabina Shoal）再度發生撞船事件。

菲律賓指控，中國海警21551艇週日在仙賓暗砂（中國稱仙賓礁）海域，刻意衝撞菲律賓漁業及水產資源署（BFAR）船隻達杜號（BRP Datu）。中國方面則是指控，週日下午2時12分，菲律賓3002號船（即達杜號）「闖入」仙賓礁海域，不顧中方攔阻規勸，刻意衝撞中國海警21551艇。雙方各說各話。

這是中國與菲律賓一週之內第二度在仙賓礁海域撞船。中國海警在撞船前曾發新聞稱，菲律賓3002號船「非法衝闖」仙賓礁海域，企圖為「滯留」在仙賓礁的菲律賓船隻9701號進行補給，中國海警採取「管控措施」。

菲律賓媒體報導，除了海警21551艇刻意衝撞菲律賓的達杜號，中國另一艘海警4102艇也對達杜號發射強力水柱。

中國海警局發言人甘羽還表示，中方基於人道主義，「第一時間救助菲落水人員」，顯示衝撞與衝突相當嚴重，甚至導致水員落海。
